Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They're widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to understand how a site is used. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work the same way for the purposes of this policy.

2. How we use them

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page views, traffic sources and contact actions. Google receives the page address without query parameters or fragments, the referring origin, basic technical data and event names. We do not send form contents, email addresses or phone numbers. Contact clicks and form submission attempts do not prove that an enquiry was received.

The basis for this measurement is your consent. No Google Analytics script is loaded before consent. You may refuse or withdraw consent through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice and analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Detailed user and event data retention in GA4 is set to 2 months; this does not limit most aggregated reports. Advertising personalisation, Google Signals and automatic form measurement are disabled.

Google provides the analytics service and may process data outside the EEA. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Withdrawal does not affect processing before consent was withdrawn.

3. Third-party services

Some parts of the site are loaded from third-party providers, which may set cookies or receive your IP address when your browser requests their files:

  • Content delivery networks and fonts (for styling, icons, and fonts). These are used to display the page.
  • Google Analytics — loaded only after you allow analytics. You can withdraw consent through Analytics preferences in the footer.

These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, which govern their use of any data they receive.

4. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. For guidance, see your browser's help pages or a resource such as aboutcookies.org.
