Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026 · Applies to the retirein.eu website and our services.

1. Who we are

Retire in EU ("we", "us") provides retirement-relocation concierge services to individuals moving to the European Union. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is ICG Mobility spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (KRS 0001249257, NIP 7011319654), registered at ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591, Warsaw, Poland. You can reach us at kontakt@icg-mobility.com.

2. What information we collect

  • Information you give us. The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. Its fields remain in your browser until you choose to send the email. We receive the information included in the email only if you send it to us. During an engagement we may collect further details you provide (for example income sources, family circumstances, and documents) strictly to deliver the service.
  • Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, via server logs and optional, consent-based Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a consultation — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
  • To deliver our services if you engage us — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations — on the basis of legal obligation.
  • To operate and secure the website — on the basis of our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional Google Analytics measurement is based on your consent.

4. Sharing with our specialist network

To coordinate your move, we share the information necessary to deliver each service with the vetted local professionals in our network (for example immigration lawyers, tax advisors, real-estate and insurance specialists) in your destination country. We share only what each specialist needs, and we require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Because relocation is inherently cross-border, your information may be processed in the country you are moving to. Where data moves outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, as appropriate to the provider and transfer.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to and handle the enquiry, and where necessary to establish or defend claims and client-engagement data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise any of these, contact us at kontakt@icg-mobility.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to those who need it.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page views, traffic sources and contact actions. Google receives the page address without query parameters or fragments, the referring origin, basic technical data and event names. We do not send form contents, email addresses or phone numbers. Contact clicks and form submission attempts do not prove that an enquiry was received.

The basis for this measurement is your consent. No Google Analytics script is loaded before consent. You may refuse or withdraw consent through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice and analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Detailed user and event data retention in GA4 is set to 2 months; this does not limit most aggregated reports. Advertising personalisation, Google Signals and automatic form measurement are disabled.

Google provides the analytics service and may process data outside the EEA. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Withdrawal does not affect processing before consent was withdrawn.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

10. Contact
